Today, TORNINOVA produces 2 main types of systems for Air-Bubble Film production:
AIR BASIC fully automatic and the most advanced system in the world (patented) with the following main features, flexibility of production (it can stop and immediately restart almost without any scrap of material); a very marketable prices, the lowest energy consumption (from 30 Kw) and speed production over 30 meters for minute, a special rewinder unit for Air-Bubble Film with a diameter until 2 meters.
It can be supplied with all possible accessories, for example, additional moulder roll in different hole sizes (interchangeable in 15 minutes), control unit to check, by our technical staff by modem all system' s functions and up date the parameters program, 3rd layer module to produce 3 layers film with application of Lldpe, Hdpe, Paper Pe, Aluminium Pe, Foam, Biodegradable etc., pre-cutting unit, ink-jet heads, glueing unit and furthermore, automatic rewinding unit "automat" that allows to produce rolls of Air-Bubble Film from 10 meters up to 200 meters.
Besides, this system can run only with 1 operator and for its semplicity, reliability and high automation allows with a low investment to produce the Air-Bubble Film into the specific areas where there are consumers, with satellite factories, cutting the costs due to the labour and transportation, storage and energy consume.
